The Sipsey Basin – Corridor X (SBCX) STEM Learning Ecosystem is among our current and most ambitious initiatives designed to address the workforce challenges of the Upper Sipsey Basin and I-22 Corridor regions. SBCX focuses on increasing workforce participation, particularly among women and those living with disabilities, by creating access to comprehensive STEM education and training opportunities. By leveraging the region’s rich ecological and industrial assets, SBCX aims to create a dynamic environment where individuals can discover and develop their talents, leading to economic prosperity and social equity for all residents.
